Yliasen
The secret operative arm of the Yrialin. Where the church operates in public, the Yliasen root out corruption through methods that are not publicized.
The Yliasen - The Quiet Hands
The Yliasen exist where the Yrialin cannot afford to be seen.
They are a secretive order aligned with the same faith, but unbound by image. They investigate corruption, expose lies, extract truths, and intervene before rot becomes public disaster. If redemption is possible, they engineer the chance. If it isn’t, they end the threat cleanly. Most people never know they exist. That is intentional. What sets them apart:
- Operate covertly and independently
- Judge by truth, not appearance
- They are warriors, spies, those who have the skills to walk dark roads and choose to do so in a way that will bring light to the world.
- Their hands are not dirty, nor are they less faithful, but their skills are not redemptive in the same sense as others. They don’t heal the wound, but cut infection out so it doesn’t spread.
The Yrialin and the Yliasen are two faces of the same faith.
